Daniel Craig.I'm really looking forward to Daniel Craig's appearance on Parkinson tonight. I haven't seen Casino Royale yet but, by all accounts, even previously die-hard sceptics have had to concede that Craig, Daniel Craig, comes very, very close to redefining the role of Bond, James Bond, and claiming it as his own. He's described by "M" in the film as a "blunt instrument", a reference to his brutish brut·ish adj. 1. Of or characteristic of a brute. 2. Crude in feeling or manner. 3. And, to hell with national security, he's the first Bond to endure a punishing torture scene in which he's in grave danger of having to forfeit his own crown jewels. So, it is indeed going to be a treat to watch this beast of a boy being interviewed. I just hope he's feeling better. He was supposed to be on Parky parky Adjective [parkier, parkiest] Brit informal (of the weather) chilly [origin unknown] Adj. 1. a fortnight ago but had to call off with... a head cold.
