Dangers of pet's health; WARNING.

YOUR dog could make you sick or even kill you if you fail to look after it properly, health experts have warned.

The HSE issued a statement yesterday reminding pet owners of the dangers of living with animals which can pass on diseases to humans.

It read: "Health of the family pet should be a priority for every owner and parents have a responsibility to ensure the animal does not cause anyone to get sick" People undergoing cancer treatment are particularly at risk of developing severe and even fatal infections.
