How employers safeguard employees in today's work environments is the focus of a one-day conference to be held in Scottsdale, Arizona, November 12, sponsored by the Copper Development Association (CDA).
Every day, thousands of employees are harassed, intimidated, threatened and verbally or physically attacked in their workplace. Human resource managers, directors of security, labor attorneys and others charged with maintaining a safe work environment are painfully aware of this growing problem.
