, 61, from Rhigos, died in a crash on the A465 Heads of the Valleys road, at Cefn Coed, Merthyr Tydfil, on January 15.

Ruth James, of High Street, Cefn Coed, pleaded not guilty to causing to the charges at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court. Her unconditional bail was extended to March 22, when a trial will take place.
