Dangerous Opportunity.

There is a story behind the title of this book, Dangerous Opportunity: Making change work. Two Chinese characters are used to create the word "crisis"--one means danger, the other means opportunity. The book notes that no change is without its dangers or opportunities--it's just a matter of determining how you will deal with them. The authors explain that there are three types of change style preferences--conservers, pragmatists and originators. If you know what personality you have, and what the personalities of the people around you are, you will be better able to adapt to change, and have others change with you. Essentially, the authors are offering tools to help individuals understand change attitudes so that they can control them. Each change style preference provides something useful to an organization--success is simply a matter of harnessing these benefits most effectively.
