12-year-old who raped teacher was a high-risk sex abuser
Answerd were demanded today as to why a high-risk 12-year-old was
left alone to rape his teacher.
Social workers knew the Tyneside boy ( believed to be one of
Britain's youngest rapists ( was likely to sexually abuse other
children.
Today teaching union chiefs said more should have been done despite
an independent review clearing social workers of any blame. The report
said while the youngster, now 13, was a high-risk sex abuser, they could
not have predicted he would attack an adult.
