Dancers in step for show.


HUNDREDS of Cardiff dancers are getting themselves into tip-tap shape for one of the city's longest running charity shows.

An entertainment, such as a dramatic performance or movie, presented in the daytime, usually in the afternoon.
 at the city's St David's Hall St David's Hall (Welsh: Neuadd Dewi Sant) is a performing arts and venue in the heart of Cardiff city centre, the capital of Wales. St David's Hall is the National Concert Hall and Conference Centre of Wales. .

For almost half a century, the annual show has raised tens of thousands of pounds for youth and community projects organised by the YMCA YMCA

Leading an afternoon of entertainment will be dancers trained by one of Cardiff's best-known teachers, Jean England, and the 22 pupils from her adult and child tap classes who have supported the fundraising.

One of her new adult performers will be Cardiff's latest TV celebrity Simon Payne, who is currently appearing as a member of the ITV (1) See interactive TV.

 show Fat Club.

Simon joined the Jean England school as part of his fitness regime, and his weekly workout with her adult class is to be featured in a future Fat Club episode.

Also taking part in the matinee this year will be the Lisa School of Dance and Bill Thomas' Martynell Dancers.
