Dance show is tribute to Sylvia.


STUDENTS of inspirational Coventry dance teacher Sylvia Bird (left) have ruled that the show must go on following her death earlier this year.

The 74-year-old, of Dane Road, Stoke, was in the middle of producing her latest Dancing Delight show when she died on April 19.

Best friend Steve Duncan said: "The show will be a fitting tribute to her." The show at the Royal Spa Centre The Royal Spa Centre is a theatre in Leamington Spa, United Kingdom. The centre was officially opened on 15th June 1972 by Anthony Eden, one time MP for Leamington and Warwick and Prime Minister of the UK. , at 7.30pm on June 11 and 12, will be put on by 130 pupils, aged between two and 70.
