(Dan) Mendell III, president of ExxonMobil Upstream Research Company and ExxonMobil Upstream Technical Computing Company, has elected to retire on Jan. 31, 2001, after more than 40 years of service. It is anticipated that the Board of Directors of ExxonMobil Upstream Research Company will elect Mr. S. M. (Steve) Cassiani as president, replacing Mr. Mendell, effective Feb. 1, 2001. It is also anticipated that the Board of Directors of ExxonMobil Upstream Technical Computing Company will elect Mr. Cassiani as president.
