Dan Malone Accepts Position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

(Nasdaq:YRKG), announced today that Dan Malone Dan Malone is a United States journalist and a Pulitzer Prize winner for investigative reporting. Malone currently works for the Fort Worth Weekly, an alternative newspaper[1].  has accepted the position of vice president and chief financial officer.

Mr. Malone joins York from Cooper Industries Cooper Industries NYSE: CBE is one of the oldest large companies in the United States, having been founded in 1833 as a partnership in Mount Vernon, Ohio.

Mr. Malone has 18 years of manufacturing accounting experience and 6 years experience at the controller/vice president level. His experience includes cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, managerial and financial reporting.
