Prior to working for Danaher, Link spent ten years at Emerson in positions of increasing responsibility, including Director of Asia Pacific Plant Operations, Director of Lean Enterprise and Plant Manager of Fisher North Stonington. Prior to Emerson, he worked in operations and engineering roles at General Dynamics' Electric Boat Division in Groton, Connecticut.
