Dan Gamel Announces the Sale of His RV Empire; Long Time Employee and Associates Are the Buyers.

FRESNO, Calif. -- After months of intense planning and negotiation, Dan Gamel has sold his RV conglomerate to Wayne Barnes and Erin McIlhatton, both of Fresno, for an undisclosed amount. The purchase was facilitated with the assistance of Fresno attorney Brady McGuinness.

Barnes has been employed by Gamel since 1996 and has served as president and operations manager of the corporation for the last eight years. McIlhatton is a Certified Public Accountant and partner in the accounting firm of Cassabon, McIlhatton and Associates, LLP. He has served as an accounting consultant to Dan Gamel, Inc. for eight years.

Says Gamel, "Because of my commitment to all of my team, my vision for the future...and because I know me...it is time to pass the gauntlet to those who have pushed me to the top. It is an honor to pass my team into the hands of two very capable men, Wayne Barnes and Erin McIlhatton. Their enthusiasm and vision will carry this company forward."

Due to changes in America's lifestyle since 2001, the RV industry has experienced a dramatic increase in sales. Barnes and McIlhatton have retained Gamel's services for consulting and marketing, and it is expected that Dan Gamel, Inc. will continue to keep pace with the continued growth that is predicted by industry experts.
