WEST MIDLAND REGIONAL DUDLEY Town got their title push off to the perfect start with a 2-1 win at last year's champions AFC Wulfrunians.

The Robins went ahead as early as the second minute, Danny Ashton sending keeper Danny Tipton the wrong way from the penalty spot after Chris Busby had been fouled in the box.

Wulfrunians, who missed out on promotion to the Midland Alliance in controversial circumstances after falling foul of ground regulations, drew level on the hour-mark as Ade Bandele smashed home from 25 yards out.

Ashton then won it for Dudley when he poked home from close range after the home side had failed to clear a free-kick.

A last-gasp strike from Luke Tudor gave Wolverhampton Casuals a 3-2 win at Bewdley Town.

The home side had twice gone in front through Grant Joshua and Dave Cannon, only to be pegged back thanks to Craig Edwards and Tom Harper.

Thriller There was also late drama at Shorebury United as James Morris gave Wellington the win in a seven-goal thriller.

Morris had netted the first goal of the game and then seen his side go 3-1 up thanks to goals from Wayne McNeill and Matt Williams. But goals from Toby Ward and Matt Turle brought the home side back level before Morris grabbed the late winner.

Super sub Ryan Bradshaw bagged a brace as Goodrich came from two goals down to draw 2-2 at Ledbury. The home side had been coasting thanks to first-half goals from Dorian Colling and Lee Allan before Bradshaw struck late on in the 76th and 90th minutes.

Two goals from Anthony Cox gave Tividale a 3-0 win at home to Bromyard, Liam Morris grabbing the other goal for the Dale.

Goals from Ryan Nash, Ryan Facey and Matthew Jules gave Heathtown Rangers a 3-2 win at Darlaston, while Oldbury Athletic got their first win in the division with a 3-0 victory at Dudley Sports.

Danny Barton hit a hattrick as title hopefuls Ellesmere Rangers were 4-1 winners at home to Lyetown, Ash Greenaway grabbing a consolation for the visitors.

Lee Lough bagged a late winner for Bustleholme as they won 2-1 at Wednesfield, while new Gornal Athletic boss Dave Porter saw his side get off to the worst possible start with a 5-0 hammering at home to Ludlow Town.
