LOS ANGELES--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--Nov. 1, 1999--

EnterTech Releasing Corp., a subsidiary of EnterTech Media Group, has acquired Giuseppe Piccioni's award-winning film "Not of This World" for U.S. distribution.

On Friday, the film was awarded the Grand Jury Prize for best feature film, as well as the best-feature audience award, at the AFI AFI American Film Institute

The AFI awards are just the latest for the film, as it was recently awarded five David Di Donatello Awards (the Italian Academy Awards), including best director, best actress and best screenplay screenplay

 and his new business partner Mark Tolner. Daly's previous efforts have won many major awards, including Oscars and Cannes film awards.

"Not of This World" was co-written and directed by Piccioni, and tells the story of a young nun who finds an abandoned baby and begins an investigation to find the father.

 EnterTech President Tolner, the rights to the film were secured after winning the Italian awards. "Several of our executives were aware of the film early on, and we knew we had a winner on our hands. This film embodies the type of project that EnterTech is committed to bring to audiences around the world," Tolner said.
