Dallas-Fort Worth Film Critics Announce Best Film Awards of 2004 Tonight at the Angelika Film Center - Dallas.


DALLAS -- The Angelika Film Center & Cafe proudly hosts the 11th Annual Dallas-Fort Worth Film Critics Association Awards Reception tonight at 7 p.m. The DFWFCA DFWFCA Dallas - Forth Worth Film Critics Association Awards  consists of 63 broadcast and print journalists from the entire North Texas region. Besides naming the top 10 films of 2004, the DFWFCA will also name its top five in the following categories: Actor, Actress, Supporting Actor supporting actor nattore m non protagonista , Supporting Actress supporting actress nattrice f non protagonista , Director and Foreign-Language Film.

The association names the individual films in the categories of Best Animated Film and Worst Film of the Year.

 Award, named for the late Dallas Morning News film critic, honors one award annually to the best low-budget or cutting-edge independent film. In 2003, AMERICAN SPLENDOR won the Russell Smith Award.
