 Foundation announced today the selection of five consultants to provide expert guidance in various aspects of the planning and design of the master plan for the theaters that make up the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts.

"The Foundation will draw heavily from the expertise of these consultants as we prepare the master plan for the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts," said Harvey Mitchell, Chairman of the Board of the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts Foundation. "This project is the largest cultural project of its kind in the history of Dallas, and we are confident that we have selected the most knowledgeable consultants to guide the planning and design of this Center."

The Center will provide world-class facilities for performances of opera, musical theater, classic and experimental theater, ballet and other forms of dance. Its theaters will become the main stage production facilities for The Dallas Opera The Dallas Opera is an opera company located in Dallas, Texas (USA). The theater is based in the Kalita Humphreys Theater, a building designed by famous American architect Frank Lloyd Wright. , Dallas Black Dance Theatre, Fort Worth Dallas Ballet, Anita N. Martinez Ballet Folkorico, and many of the other performing arts organizations that serve Dallas and the surrounding area.
