$100 Million+ Revenue Potential Seen For Add-In Multi-Media Computer Product
Westergaard Broadcasting Network.com (wbn.com), an Internet webzine publication of Westergaard Online Systems, Inc. (OTC BB:WSYS), announced today that it has licensed cyberstation WBN-VXCH to Voxcom Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:VXCH) to be activated Monday, August 10, 1998.
Dallas based Voxcom, a $30 million+ substantially profitable business as projected for the current June 1999 fiscal year, is engaged in three activities: (1) the Home-Based Business industry, one of the fastest growing business segments of the U.S. economy and one of the highest value added segments with gross profits exceeding 80%; (2) Credit Card Authorization and Processing primarily for small and midsize retail establishments whereby merchants obtain proprietary processing equipment, voice platform and authorization, and discounts on transactions processed; and (3) astate of the art multi-media add-in board for personal computers marketed as "the super computer inside", a take off on the hugely successful "Intel Inside" marketing strategy of Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC). This product was obtained via a recent April acquisition of MAXpc Technologies, Inc.
Tradenamed "Oomph", the MAX board provides 22 different media functions including full motion video capture and editing, DVD movie playback, and H Stop 324 video phone over standard phone lines. Marketing is targeted at OEM computer manufacturers, dealers and resellers. WBN expects the Company to ramp up to a $100 million sales rate for this entirely unique pc product by mid-1999.
Cyberstation WBN-VXCH at wbn.com will provide a complete and always fresh presentation of Voxcom to 20,000 daily visiting investors at Westergaard Broadcasting Network.com and its sister channel, Westergaard Year 2000.
