Dallas All Sports Association Announces 2005 Award Winners; Lee Trevino, Johnny Rutherford, Dick Enberg, Don Nelson, Buck Showalter, Kim Mulkey-Robertson, and the Baylor Women's National Championship Basketball Team to Receive Awards.

) All-Star Awards Banquet on September 20 at the Fairmont Hotel in Dallas. Honoring excellence in athletics, character, and citizenship among high school, college, and professional sports, the event benefits DASA's scholarship program for underprivileged students.

Honoring local and national sports icons for their contributions to sports and their communities, the 2005 DASA award winners are:

--Dick Enberg -- Pat Summerall Award

Texas Excellence Awards will be presented to Auggie Garrido, UT Baseball coach; Bev Kearney, UT Track coach; and Matt Knoll, Baylor Tennis coach.
