Daleen announces sale of Placement Division to Cotelligent Group Inc.

These different software components might be classified according to the functions within the Open Systems  development company located in Boca Raton, announced that it has completed the sale of its Placement Division, d/b/a Daleen Resources Inc., to Cotelligent Group Inc., and that the Division will be merged into Cotelligent's South Florida Member Firm, JasTech Inc., effective immediately.

The sale of the Division was completed on Nov. 29, 1996, for cash, and the 14 employees working in placements in the Division became employees of JasTech after the acquisition.
