Daleen Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: DALN), a leading provider of solutions that bond businesses and customers in the digital economy, announced today that it has entered into a strategic alliance with Florida-based Advanced Business Systems, Inc. (ABS). ABS will join Daleen's Certified Implementation Partner program, offering customers a robust eBusiness solution that consists of integrating Daleen's BillPlex(R) product for customer management and billing, and E-Care product suite for customer self-care. Daleen and ABS recently collaborated on a successful implementation of this solution enabling Steadfast.net, a BellSouth affiliate, to roll out broadband services in Austin, Texas. The integrated eBusiness solution for Steadfast.net was implemented to support service offerings to residential customers, including high-speed Internet, local and long distance services.

E-Care, Daleen's leading-edge customer self-care product suite, has been deployed to support business-to-business and business-to-consumer e-commerce activities for the communications industry, with key capabilities that allow end customers to access services anywhere, anytime over the Internet. E-Care provides an open architecture with full integration to BillPlex for EBPP (Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment) Sending invoices to customers over the Internet. When payment is due, an e-mail is sent with a link to a Web page that contains the billing information and the payment services that are supported. .
