Daleen Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:DALN) announced today that QoS Networks Inc. and Vitts Networks Inc., both providers of high-speed Internet access services, have chosen Daleen's BillPlex Plus software packages to provide comprehensive, web-enabled customer management and electronic billing support. Dublin, Ireland-based QoS Networks Inc. and Manchester, New Hampshire-based Vitts Networks are the latest in a growing list of broadband network service providers to adopt Daleen's web-based customer self-service and billing solutions.

Both service providers selected Daleen's web-based, customer management and electronic billing software for delivering and handling a wide range of large-capacity, high-usage, data-intensive services and applications. Among the specific requirements for both providers are the ability to handle large bandwidth and capacity requirements, complex rating, support for service level agreements, quality of service, and web-based self care.
