Daleen Names Sheryl Pattek Vice President of Marketing.

Daleen Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq:DALN), one of the country's fastest-growing providers of eBusiness infrastructure software for Internet self-care, customer and partner management, billing and service activation, announced the appointment of Sheryl Waksman-Pattek as Vice President of Marketing.

Pattek will assume a leadership role in driving Daleen's overall marketing strategy and execution that will extend Daleen's market leadership and further accelerate the company's growth. Ms. Pattek will be responsible for managing a world-class marketing team that is accountable for the development and implementation of an integrated marketing strategy. She will oversee and provide leadership in the areas of company awareness, marketing communications, product marketing, market research, competitive analysis, customer segmentation and vertical marketing programs.

Ms. Pattek is joining Daleen from Citrix Systems, Inc., where she was Director of Worldwide Marketing Communications; responsible for directing Citrix's marketing communications strategy worldwide with a specific focus on brand and message development, Internet presence and corporate events.

Ms. Pattek has amassed over 25 years of international experience in marketing and strategic planning for large and small technology companies in the telecommunications, hardware and software industries including Citrix Systems, Inc., Digital Equipment, Compaq, Mitel and Ungermann-Bass.
