The delisting is based on Nasdaq's determination that the transactions associated with Daleen's recent asset acquisition of Abiliti Solutions, Inc. constitute a reverse merger under Marketplace Rule 4330(f). As of the closing of the transaction, Daleen did not meet the initial listing criteria as required under Rule 4330(f) due to the reverse merger determination.
