Edge Connections selected the BillPlex(R) ICP (Integrated Communications Provider) Package and eCare(TM) solution to support a comprehensive data and communications service offering for small to mid-size business in metropolitan New York and Atlanta, regions with an aggregate population of more than 25,000,000.

Daleen's eCare, leading-edge customer self-care product suite and BillPlex, convergent customer management and billing solution are being deployed to support Edge Connections' business-to-business activities with key capabilities that will allow their customer to access services anywhere, anytime over the Internet.
