TXU Communications is a subsidiary of TXU (NYSE: TXU), one of the world's largest investor-owned energy services companies.

TXU Communications provides local dial tone, wireless communications, high-speed Internet access, LAN and WAN data networks, web site development and hosting, and additional communications services to markets within Texas that include some of the state's fastest-growing communities. The BillPlex ICP (Integrated Communications Provider) package provides TXU Communications with pre-configured data, such as service definitions, rate plans, and integration to other software applications that are required by communications providers for launching voice and complex data services. BillPlex enables TXU Communications to handle real-time data collection, rating, invoicing, treatment, and collections. Additionally, it will integrate with the provider's existing accounting systems and a variety of external applications.
