Daleen's BillPlex customer management and billing software has been certified

to be compatible with TMNG's proprietary QBC(R) (Quality Billing Center) methodology. In order to be certified as QBC compliant, a vendor's software is evaluated along several fronts, including the assessment of key rating, billing, reconciliation, error management, and reporting and metrics capabilities.

QBC is a proprietary process model that measures an organization's revenue flow and is designed to help telecommunications carriers improve cash flow, reduce call center volumes and diminish customer billing complaints and challenges. The model designates one organization to proactively manage the "health" of billing through its entire life cycle, to ensure that problems are detected quickly and corrected at the earliest point possible in the billing process.
