Entridia, a leading provider of high-performance packet processing and forwarding ASICs for converged optical networks, today announced the appointment of Dale Waltz as the new Western area sales director.

His 17 years of experience in semiconductors and networking, particularly in technical sales and marketing, complements Entridia's core data networking expertise and sales focus. Waltz will be responsible for managing the Western U.S. sales territory from the company's northern California Northern California, sometimes referred to as NorCal, is the northern portion of the U.S. state of California.
