Vincent began his career in 1986 in The St. Paul's Corporate Actuarial Department. He held actuarial positions with St. Paul Re, The St. Paul's reinsurance operation, in London beginning in 1990 and, the following year, at the reinsurer's New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of headquarters.
