Daksh Secures $6 Million in Financing From Citigroup Venture Capital.

Daksh, which became profitable in March 2001 at the completion of its first fiscal year, helps global businesses build exceptional customer relationships by leveraging India's high-quality, cost-effective intellectual capital. Daksh's unique co-sourcing model offers a range of customer interaction services across multiple channels including voice, e-mail and online chat.

The investment secured from Citigroup Venture Capital will be used to support Daksh expansion plans including building infrastructure and increasing the number of business development and client servicing offices. Ajit Bhushan, vice president of Emerging Markets Investments for Citigroup Venture Capital, will join Daksh's board of directors.
