industry for over 30 years, I have seen this CD$11.5 billion market (based on 2004 estimates) experience static growth in both the fluid and industrial milk sectors over the past 15 years. We believe some of the factors attributing to this stagnant growth include an aging population, growing consumer preference for low-fat foods and an increase in the number of immigrants who consume fewer dairy products. Additionally, fluid milk products have also experienced increased competition from other beverages such as bottled waters, juices and soft drinks."

Mr. Harrison continued, "We anticipate that Dairy Fresh Farms' dairy products will help address these trends and will bring people back into the milk category. Furthermore, we believe our innovative production process will eventually provide a variety of new products designed to meet the needs of today's health conscious consumer."

"We are excited to engage ROI Group Associates," continued Mr. Harrison, "to implement a cohesive investor relations program that we believe will increase the visibility of Dairy Fresh Farms within the investment community, in turn enhancing our likelihood for future growth." Dairy Fresh will launch its investor outreach program the week of November 14, 2005 in New York City New York City: see New York, city.

About Dairy Fresh Farms

Dairy Fresh Technologies Ltd., and its brand Dairy Fresh Farms(TM), is a Canadian-based corporation established to develop a unique, patented dairy process for the North American consumer. This process starts by taking regular whole milk and then skimming off the saturated fat saturated fat, any solid fat that is an ester of glycerol and a saturated fatty acid. The molecules of a saturated fat have only single bonds between carbon atoms; if double bonds are present in the fatty acid portion of the molecule, the fat is said to be . It then adds 1% naturally sourced monounsaturated fat monounsaturated fat A saturated fatty acid–ie, an alkyl chain fatty acid with one ethylenic–double bond between the carbons in the fatty acid chain. See Fatty acid, Saturated fatty acid; Cf Polyunsaturated fatty acid, Unsaturated fatty acid.  from GM0 Free canola oil, along with four other all natural ingredients, to produce a milk beverage that is nutritionally equivalent to 2% regular milk that has both a desirable taste and texture while offering additional health benefits. Dairy Fresh purchased the exclusive Canadian license for the production of monounsaturated-enhanced dairy milk in 2002. The process of manufacturing monounsaturated-enhanced dairy milk was originally developed in Sydney, Australia and has been marketed there under the brand name "Farmer's Best" since its introduction in 1992. To this very day, the Farmer's Best product enjoys a 25% price premium (versus regular milk) in the Australian market and has maintained its market share of about 4.5%. Dairy Fresh milk has been available for purchase since January 2005 in approximately 205 Safeway stores located throughout Western Canada, and management hopes to make this product available in virtually every major retailer throughout Canada by the summer of 2006. The company went public in February, 2005 as a result of a reverse merger.
