The Board of CityView Corporation Limited ("CityView") advises that negotiations are in progress for an agreement between Primeorder AG (51% owned by CityView and Sands Solutions) and T-Systems GmbH.

On February 1, 2001 Daimler Chrysler Group and Deutsche Telekom Deutsche Telekom AG (ISIN: DE0005557508, FWB: DTE, NYSE: DT, LSE: DEU, TYO: 9496 ) (abbreviated DTAG) is a telecommunications company headquartered in Bonn, Germany. It is the largest telecommunications company in Germany and in the EU.  merged their IT companies into the new global services company T-Systems GmbH. This new merged company will be a major global force in the businesses of finance, information and telecommunication services.

Under the proposed agreement, T-Systems GmbH will market the e-commerce solutions of Sands Solutions throughout Germany, focusing in particular on the integration of Smart Clips and SAP R/3.
