"We will continue to provide new reasons for families to return to Disney.com and visit the site, where they can not only enjoy activities and contests, but also learn about Disney's movies, television shows, CD-ROMs, books, records, retail stores, and theme parks."

Disney.com's special attractions offer guests hours of entertainment and engaging information. The James and the Giant Peach site on Disney.com includes an animated "Build-A-Bug" game created using Shockwave(TM) technology.

In addition, the Toy Story site on Disney.com is still one of the most popular and critically acclaimed destinations on the Web. It has tracked over 30 million hits since it launched on the Web in October 1995 to complement the movie's theatrical release. The Toy Story site has received multiple awards, including the best movie site award from America Online's Online Cinema Awards.

This past month, Disney Interactive launched a multi-faceted and action-packed site with "The Hunt for the Lost Toy," a massive 22-day contest designed to promote the new CD-ROM CD-ROM: see compact disc.

Disney.com provides valuable information about all of Disney's offerings. One of the most popular features is the "Sights and Sounds" page, which allows guests to download video, audio, and image files from their favorite Disney movies, TV shows, and records.

The Walt Disney World site has achieved tremendous success with an online reservation form, which allows guests to fill out and e-mail hotel reservation requests to Walt Disney World, where booking agents call or e-mail confirmations within 48 hours. Thanks to its success, this feature will soon be added to the Disneyland site on Disney.com.
