Dagher Engineering announced that Michael Levine, P.E., has joined the MEP firm as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Levine has more than 35 years of experience in corporate leadership and engineering.

Levine will strengthen Dagher Engineering's project management based approach to design, as well as the firm's commitment to advancing building science.

Levine will have full P&L responsibilities, lead all office operations, and act as principal-in-charge on public sector projects. He will also lead Dagher Engineering's domestic business development efforts. Levine brings invaluable experience in the governmental sector, as well as public and private schools, universities and hospitals.

Prior to joining Dagher Engineering, Levine founded Atometrics Engineering in 1986. Atometrics was acquired by a top-200 engineering firm in 1999.
