Dad attacked in his own bed with crowbar.ROBBERS attacked a fatherof-two with a crowbar as he slept at home with his family, police revealed last night. The 33-year-old victim suffered a slash wound to his arm and severe bruising to his back during the assault at his house near Dudley at around 11pm on Friday night. The man, who has not been named, was asleep with his wife, their 13-year-old daughter and two-year-old son when he awoke to the sound of glass smashing. He investigated the noise at his home in Saltwells Road, Netherton, and was attacked by two offenders who hit him with a crowbar and demanded car keys.
