Manuel Benages, 29, walked into a bar in Lleida, west of Barcelona, to ask for directions and found his dad Antonio, of whom he had just one photograph. Antonio, 53, moved from the UK to his native Spain in 1984 to do his national service. He has returned to England and met his three other surviving children. Manuel, from Halifax,West Yorks, said: "It feels like I have known him all my life." Antonio said: "It is beautiful what has happened."
