THE DETAILS OF COLOR

Color in kitchen appliances continues to grow in popularity as a contemporary alternative and complement to classic stainless steel. Dacor has responded to the increasing demand with the introduction of the industry's only 24" dishwasher in an array of striking colors for the brand's fashionable Preference Collection.

The Preference-style dishwashers add colorful accents to the kitchen with a floating glass front panel in six attractive hues: Anthracite Gray, Sterling Gray, Titanium Silver, Blue Water, Slate Green and Black, to seamlessly coordinate with the existing appliances in the Preference Collection. The models also feature the same curved handle available on the Preference Wall Oven, Warming Drawer and Refrigerator.

THE DETAILS OF DESIGN

The Epicure-style dishwasher is brilliant in stainless steel inside and out, with discreetly placed controls and four handle trim color options in Chrome, Brass, Copper and Black Chrome for true customization. The Integrated style can accommodate custom panels to blend seamlessly with existing cabinetry and is also available with a stainless steel panel.

The Millennia models, with black glass/stainless steel front panels and ergonomic handles that fit comfortably in hand,, quietly boast an understated elegance. The choice of vertical or horizontal glass configurations perfectly match the Millennia Wall Ovens for a finished look throughout the kitchen.

THE DETAILS OF PERFORMANCE

Rated among the quietest dishwashers in their class, the new 24" models are fully insulated for virtually whisper-quiet operation, so homeowners no longer need to leave the kitchen to have a conversation when the dishwasher begins. The hidden control panel features a soft touchpad for precise digital management and easy operation.

In addition, the new models offer increased flexibility that goes beyond the front panel designs, with a removable split silverware basket and adjustable racks that allow users to customize the interior cavity so pots and pans fit easily, and a Secure Stemware[TM] feature that keeps glasses in place during rigorous wash cycles to reduce the chances of breakage.

Internal SmartCycles[TM] sensor technology includes turbidity sensors that detect the amount of debris on dishwasher contents and determines the precise water temperature and cycle needed to clean dishes completely, ideal for users who may be unsure about which of the five wash cycles to select.

The Epicure, Millennia, Preference and Integrated dishwashers are scheduled to roll out to authorized Dacor dealers in June 2007.
