My mini doxi 'Ozzie' has something wrong with his eyes. He get's little blister like thing's on his upper and lower eye lid's. This is the 2nd time it has happened. He is 2yrs old. I put warm washcloths on them and some otc eyedrops to try to help sooth them. What might it be is he allergic to something ?
