 DYNAPATH SYSTEMS BECOMES AUTOCON TO REFLECT EXPANDED TECHNOLOGIES
 DETROIT, July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- DynaPath Systems Inc., here, a leading U.S. designer and manufacturer of computer numerical control systems, has announced a major expansion of its operations to position its machine control technology to meet the market requirements of the next decade and beyond.
 John George, president, today announced that immediately, DynaPath Systems Inc. becomes AUTOCON Technologies Inc. AUTOCON, in conjunction with Hurco Companies Research Group and other technology partners, will focus development efforts on new technologies which will lead to exponential advancements in the design and availability of more powerful and more versatile control systems through the application of open architecture computer technology to the industrial environment.
 George further announced that in a related move, AUTOCON Technologies Inc. has entered into a joint venture with Motion Control Technologies, Minneapolis, a developer of open architecture, DSP-based motion control technology. AUTOCON and Motion Control Technologies together will introduce revolutionary machine control and advanced motor drive hardware and software to the machine tool and general motion control markets.
 AUTOCON Technologies Inc. will be headquartered on a new facility in Farmington Hills, Mich., and will continue to design, manufacture, market and upgrade the branded DynaPath(R) Delta Series CNC sold worldwide for a broad range of machine tool applications.

 AUTOCON intends to preview this new technology at the upcoming International Machine Tool Show held Sept. 9-17 at Chicago's McCormick Place.
