DWR Releases Proposition 50 2004 Water Use Efficiency Modified Proposal Solicitation Package.

) has released its draft version of the Proposition 50 Water Use Efficiency Modified Proposal Solicitation Package (PSP (PlayStation Portable) See PlayStation. ) for public comment.

The modifications were prompted by comments and concerns from agricultural, urban, and environmental stakeholders after the PSP was distributed in August.

The draft version of the Modified PSP is now posted on the DWR web site for public comment until October 29 (http://www.owue.water.ca.gov/finance/index.cfm). Meanwhile, the draft version of the Modified PSP and public comments will be discussed with the CALFED Bay-Delta Authority (CBDA CBDA California Bay-Delta Authority

DWR plans to release the Final PSP in its revised form by early November.
