THE HITCHHIKER'S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY (PG)
Arthur Dent Arthur Philip Dent is a fictional character, the hapless protagonist in the comic science fiction series The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. Dent's situation is reminiscent of the actual case of Edward Pilgrim, whose confrontation with British local (Martin Freeman from The Office) makes a startling discovery - planet Earth is about to be vaporised by the Vogons to make way for a hyperspace hyperspace - /hi:'per-spays/ A memory location that is *far* away from where the program counter should be pointing, often inaccessible because it is not even mapped in. With his best friend Ford Prefect, he embarks on a crazy journey as he aims to save the earth.
En route, Arthur discovers that a towel might just be the most useful item in the universe and that if he ever gets stuck, he can always refer to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
There are impressive special effects and some great laughs along the way.
