At the end of the first season of the latest reincarnation of the British hit sci-fi series ``Dr. Who,'' the good Doctor played by Christopher Eccleston for 13 episodes suddenly morphed into the good Doctor played by David Tennant David Tennant is the stage name of David John McDonald (born 18 April 1971), a Scottish actor from Bathgate, West Lothian, best known for portraying the tenth incarnation of the Doctor in the television series Doctor Who. .

As for new films, the best of the lot is Emmanuel Carrere's psychological mystery ``La Moustache,'' about a man who shaves off his mustache despite his wife saying she likes it. After he does, she doesn't notice, and it has him questioning his sanity.
