DURA Automotive Announces Dividend On Trust Preferred Securities.

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 2002

DURA Automotive Systems Dura Automotive Systems (Pink Sheets: DRRAQ), headquartered in Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA was ranked in the 2006 Fortune 1000. (Nasdaq:DRRA DRRA Dynamic Radio Resource Allocation ), announced today that a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share will be paid on the 7 1/2% convertible trust preferred securities issued by the DURA Automotive Capital Trust. The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2002, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2002. The dividend will be paid on 2,210,000 shares outstanding. The convertible trust preferred securities are traded on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol DRRAP.
