DUN & BRADSTREET HOLDS ANNUAL MEETING.


WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 16, 1996--At the annual meeting of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation today, shareholders approved the election of four Class III directors to three-year terms: Robert J. Lanigan, chairman emeritus and former chairman and chief executive officer of Owens-Illinois, Inc.; Vernon R. Loucks, Jr., chairman and chief executive officer of Baxter International Baxter International Inc. (NYSE: BAX), is a global healthcare company with 48,000 employees and 2006 sales of US$10.4 billion. Its headquarters is in Deerfield, Illinois.  Inc.; M. Bernard Puckett, former president and chief executive officer of Mobile Telecommunication Technologies Corp.; and Volney Taylor, executive vice president of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. Shareholders approved the appointment of Coopers & Lybrand as independent public accountants for 1996.
