DUMBO deal has lots of art.


Two Trees Management Co., LLC is pleased to announce that DCM Services has leased office space for its company headquarters at 45 Main Street in DUMBO.

The company, which offers fundraising consulting for arts-related organizations, was previously located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn Fort Greene is a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Brooklyn. Fort Greene is listed on the New York State Registry and on the National Register of Historic Places, and is a New York City-designated Historic District. .

The American Ballet Theatre American Ballet Theatre, one of the foremost international dance companies of the 20th cent. Chris Havens and Louise Lansky Ehrmann, Esq. represented Two Trees in the eight-year lease for 4,731 square feet on the eighth floor of the building.

DUMBO's 45 Main Street features feature state of the art connectivity, high-speed elevators, an attended lobby, high ceilings.
