DUMBO's new tenants.

Four architectural design companies have joined the waterfront area of DUMBO leasinf space at 55 Washington Street, with TRANDesign Group taking new space at 45 Main Street.

Metal & Glass Solutions occupies 1,015 s/f at 55 Washington Street; Guild Visual Works will be leasing 2,214 s/f of office spacein the building.

Also taking up residence at 55 is Glendale Builders LLC who will be signing a seven-year lease totaling 1,072 s/f.

Taking 900 square feet of space for three years at 45 Main Street will be TRANDesign Group LLC.

Chris Havens and Louise Ehrmann represented Two Trees for all four of the new businesses leases. Janet Liff of Liff Co. represented TRANDesign Group and Adam Leshkowitz and John Moran of Newmark represented Guild Visual Works.
