DUFF & PHELPS ELECTS TWO OUTSIDE DIRECTORS
CHICAGO, June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Duff & Phelps Corp. today announced

the election of Glen D. Churchill and Donna F. Tuttle as outside directors of this financial services firm.
Churchill, 57, serves on the board of First National Bank of Abilene, Texas. Tuttle, 44, is president of Korn Tuttle Capital Group, Los Angeles, a consulting investment firm, and a member of Hilton Hotels' board of directors.
They are the first outside directors to join the board since Duff & Phelps became a publicly held company listed on the New York Stock Exchange earlier this year, said Francis E. Jeffries, president and chief executive officer.
Churchill was president and chief executive officer of West Texas Utilities, Abilene, a subsidiary of Central and South West Corporation, before retiring on May 1 of this year. The downstate Illinois native is a CPA, a former manager with Arthur Andersen & Co.'s Houston office and currently active in many Texas business and civic organizations.
Tuttle served as deputy secretary of commerce under President Reagan's administration. Prior to co-founding Korn Tuttle, she was chairman and chief executive officer of Ayer Tuttle, the western division of NW Ayer, an international advertising agency.
"Mr. Churchill and Ms. Tuttle will enhance the business and government experience already present on our board," said Jeffries. "We are fortunate to have the contributions of such highly qualified people as we begin our first year of public ownership."
The elections expand the number of board positions to 12.
