Hardware store workers have found themselves put in the position of terror safety experts, responding to customers' questions about which products are the best and whether they believe sealing windows will help in a terror attack.

``I tell people that it's probably not going to help, but a lot of people like the reassurance of having them,'' said Roland Aguilar, a sales representative at the Canyon Country Home Depot.
