He was born at Bunker Hill, Charlestown, Massachusetts on February 10, 1835 and moved to Boston in with his parents.

The Ducks will certainly have a different look, minus not only Selanne but goalie Guy Hebert, who was placed on nonroster waivers on Monday. Anaheim remains hopeful of trading Hebert before Tuesday's trade deadline. Forwards Marty McInnis and Tony Hrkac also have been rumored in trades. Anaheim is 1-4 at home and 3-7-1 overall in its meetings with the Canadiens, who are a team whose struggles are similar to those of the Ducks. The Ducks haven't beaten Montreal since the 1997-98 season while losing three straight.
