"We look forward to capitalizing on these strengths and bringing additional production into the Bronx plant." CPC is selling the business in line with its strategy to focus more closely on its core businesses. "As we said earlier, we hoped to find a buyer that would operate the business as a going concern and maintain employment at the plant," said Nina Henderson, president of CPC Specialty Markets Group.
