Drift cars from all over Ireland gathered at Bishopscourt to do battle and all eyes were on 13-yearold Duane McKeever in his 400bhp Nissan 180SX The Nissan 180SX was a hatchback coupe (though Nissan marketed it as a fastback in most of its markets) based on the S13 chassis from the Nissan S platform, and sold only in Japan (although sold in some other countries under the 200SX name)[1]. (S13). The rain proved tricky going with some drivers having the odd mishap (language) MISHAP - An early system on the IBM 1130. [Listed in CACM 2(5):16, May 1959]. . Duane made it into the final and saw off stiff competition from Rob Barnett. Rob spun his blue Nissan 180SX(S13) on his first run and Duane kept a clean second run to take victory and was crowned King of the Court.
